Entrainment OM is a journey in sound, rhythm, and resonance. Built on the natural tactus of our heartbeat
(1 Hz) and unfolding through pulses at 2 Hz, 3 Hz, 4 Hz, and 8 Hz. There are parallels with Buddhist meditation (which is Globally appreciated for focused breath work and careful listening) Such methods are known to assist us in our quest for a calmness of mind. The result is both ancient and contemporary: the primordial vibration of OM, reimagined through organic timbres, panning, and resonance. 🎧 Best for meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practice. Listen with headphones, at low or comfortable volume, and allow the sound to guide you inward.

Composer
The composer, choosing sounds, creates sounds, manipulates and codifies sounds, translating them into sonic statements and musical gestures that affect the listeners. These compostions, or ‘pieces’ if you prefer are ‘time-locked’ timbres, rhythms and harmonic relationships often dynamically specific: the silence before, the first few measures and dynamic impact, whether pp
or ff. Then, onwards to the final cadences or, tailing-off and back to the silence.
